Eligibility Period:

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 48 hours from the delivery date.

Product Condition:

To ensure that our products are always hygienic, we will not accept returns or exchanges if the items were used, damaged, or not in their original condition. If you received your order and it was damaged or wrong, please reach out.

Request Method:

To request a return or exchange, please contact us with your order details, pictures, and reason for the request.

Approval:

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with the next steps.

Refunds:

Refunds will be processed via Bank transfer or InstaPay within 3–5 business days after the return is received and approved.

Please note that original delivery fees are non-refundable.
